In today’s customer-driven economy, leadership extends beyond what you say to how you make others feel. Drawing on insights from Seth Godin’s principles—where trust and connection are paramount—this workshop equips you with tools to access your voice, posture, and gestures, creating a leadership presence that is open, approachable, and impactful.
We’ll begin with voice work, using Kristen Linklater’s techniques to unlock the body’s natural resonators and free the authentic voice. This approach goes beyond simply projecting or speaking with confidence—it focuses on releasing physical tension, supporting the breath, and aligning vocal expression with thought and emotion. As you develop a more connected and responsive vocal presence, your ability to communicate with clarity, authority, and intention will deepen.
We’ll also integrate Laban’s movement principles to examine how you navigate and relate to space. By identifying and shifting habitual patterns—such as holding back or overextending—you’ll cultivate a physical presence that is both grounded and expressive. Through intentional, expansive movement, you’ll develop somatic awareness that translates directly to professional interactions: leading meetings with composure, delivering feedback with impact, and commanding a room without dominating it.
This work will help you connect more deeply to yourself and, by extension, to your company’s mission and purpose—enhancing your ability to lead with clarity, authenticity, and conviction.

With experimentation and play at its core, this workshop offers a relaxed yet engaging environment where participants can grow in confidence, vocal presence, and embodied communication. Designed to be accessible and energizing, it helps team members explore new tools for managing anxiety, speaking with clarity, and engaging more fully with others—fostering personal growth that directly supports collaboration, leadership, and presence in the workplace.
Public speaking remains one of the most pervasive and paralyzing challenges in the workplace, often creating barriers to effective collaboration and clear communication. This workshop draws from physical theatre and somatic practices to help individuals tune into their bodies, manage performance anxiety, and speak with greater clarity and confidence.
We’ll begin by exploring the voice through physical and breath-based techniques that release tension, support vocal clarity, and build a more grounded, resonant presence. Participants will discover how the body supports the voice and how subtle shifts in posture, breath, and awareness can lead to more confident, authentic communication.
We’ll then integrate movement-based exercises rooted in physical theatre and somatic awareness to help participants stay present and grounded under pressure. By exploring how the body moves through space, and how movement influences mindset, participants will gain tools to quiet mental chatter, manage stress, and engage with others more intentionally and expressively.
Your team will leave feeling more empowered, connected, and equipped with tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, and communicate with clarity and impact in any professional context.
This workshop can also be taught in tandem with the leadership-focused session, offering a comprehensive approach to developing communication skills across all levels of your organization.

This immersive workshop utilizes movement and voice as tools for personal transformation. Drawing from physical theater principles, it explores how the body stores and expresses experiences, particularly trauma held in the three-dimensional connective tissue—the fascia.
Through somatic techniques, participants will engage in movement practices designed to release and reframe stored experiences. Participants will explore the direct connection between physical movement, vocal expression, and emotional states, facilitating the release of tension and promoting authentic expression.
Movement sequences will be repeated and refined, creating new patterns for processing experiences and offering alternative ways for the body to store them. This embodied process serves as a form of journaling, facilitating the processing and integration of trauma into resilience and functional adaptation.
Centered on impulse and expression, this workshop enables participants to release and reframe the stories held in their bodies.
